These terms govern the use of granitolab.com and, where applicable, the engagement of professional services from IAONSKILLS LLC. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
IAONSKILLS LLC (dba "Granito Lab"), a Limited Liability Company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). Registered address: 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #18227, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA. EIN: 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #18227, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA. Contact: hola@granitolab.com.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational and promotional. Granito Lab provides professional consulting, design, web development and AI-driven growth services. Actual engagement of services requires a specific agreement (proposal, statement of work or contract signed by both parties).
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You must not:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct.
- Introduce malware or attempt to access restricted areas.
- Reproduce or redistribute content without express authorisation.
4. Engagement of services
Services are engaged through a signed proposal or statement of work detailing scope, timeline, deliverables and fees. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment: as set out in the proposal. Default for project work is 50 % upon kickoff and 50 % upon delivery; retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- Currency: fees may be set in EUR or USD. Applicable taxes are added where required.
- Late payment: overdue invoices may accrue statutory interest and trigger service suspension.
5. Deliverables and intellectual property
Upon full payment of the agreed fees, final deliverables produced specifically for the client (design assets, implementation code, custom copy) are assigned to the client for the agreed exploitation rights.
Granito Lab retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, reusable components, pre-existing software libraries and know-how. The client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such elements to the extent necessary to operate the deliverable.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep non-public information of the other confidential during the engagement and for 3 years after termination.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
Services will be performed with the professional skill and care customary in the industry. Granito Lab does not warrant specific business outcomes (traffic, conversions, revenue), which depend on factors beyond its control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granito Lab's total liability arising out of or related to the services is capped at the fees actually paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Granito Lab will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable to EU/EEA residents.
8. Indemnity
The client will indemnify Granito Lab against claims arising from materials or instructions the client provides that infringe third-party rights.
9. Term and termination
Services run for the term stated in the proposal. Either party may terminate for material breach by the other, after written notice and a reasonable cure period (at least 15 days).
10. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, widespread Internet or power outages, pandemics, government acts), provided prompt notice is given.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties submit to the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming. EU/EEA consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by their local law and may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL with its last-updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
